Queen Quet & Gullah/Geechee Fishing Association Tackling Climate Change
The Oceans Conservancy is a new partner of the Gullah/Geechee Sustainability Think Tank and the Gullah/Geechee Sea Island Coalition. Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation who is also a founding member and secretary of the Gullah/Geechee Fishing Association has continued to participate in a number of engagements with them to focus on climate change and ocean acidification.
